  1. Riverfest Virtual 5K

    September 9, 2020, All Day

    Run through the McGregor Park 5K or 1 mile course and receive a commemorative Riverfest Virtual 5K t-shirt. 5K participants will also receive a Riverfest 2020 water bottle. The cost is $20 for the 5K and $10 for the 1 mile.

  1. Toddler Story Time

    September 9, 2020, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Burt-Cobb Recreation Center

    Toddler Story Time provides a multi-sensory experience while engaging your child’s imagination. Each week there will be a read-aloud story by a beloved children’s author, followed by an age-appropriate craft and yummy make & take snack related to the story. Dress accordingly, the creative process can be messy. The cost to attend this drop-in program is $3 per class.

  2. Wee Artist

    September 9, 2020, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Kleeman Recreation Center

    “Wee artists” are invited to imagine new concepts, explore various mediums, and create original works of art at this drop-in class. This class will be led by an art instructor and parents are encouraged to help their child create unique pieces of art. The fee is $3 per class.

    Homeschool students and their families can enjoy this fun drop-in class that counts toward their physical education curriculum credits. The program is $3 per child, per class.

  4. Indoor Toddler Playground

    September 9, 2020, 11:35 AM - 12:15 PM @ Kleeman Recreation Center

    This drop-in program is held in the gymnasium and provides a variety of indoor recreational activities such as music, games, and unstructured playtime for parents and toddlers. Toddlers will have the opportunity to improve their gross motor skills, make friendships, and create memories. Parents must provide active supervision. The fee is $3 per child per class.

  5. Homeschool Cafe

    September 9, 2020, 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM @ Crow Recreation Center

    Homeschool Cafe will immediately follow Crow's Homeschool P.E. class. This program is designed to give the homeschool community a chance to socialize in a cafeteria-style setting with friends they have made. Kids should bring their lunch. All cold items will be stored in the refrigerator until lunchtime. The program is free with Recreation Center membership.

  6. Adult Co-Ed Volleyball (3v3)

    Adult Co-Ed Volleyball is a non-competitive recreational drop-in program for adults that is supervised by staff. The program is free with recreation center membership, which is only $5 per year.
