CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Gas & Water intermittent phone service outage has been resolved by AT&T! The main business phone and customer Utility Billing Line, (931) 645-7400, is fully restored and available to accept calls.
The temporary phone numbers established during the phone outage have been deactivated and no longer valid. Customers should revert to calling the main phone, (931) 645-7400, for normal business, Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The EMERGENCY phone line, (931) 645-0116, is also restored and available for customers to report gas, water and sewer emergencies Mon.-Fri., 4:30 p.m.-8 a.m., weekends and holidays.
