#WorkingWednesday - Pam Cloud

PamCloud (04)

This week’s #WorkingWednesday features Pam Cloud, Business Analyst at Clarksville Gas & Water.

Pam began her career as an Accountant 22 years ago with the City after eight years of employment at the Tennessee Department of Health.

Since joining the team, Pam has become a valued employee who provides important support for the Gas & Water customer information system and related peripherals. She performs analytics and develops reports from data within the systems ensuring its accuracy and reliability. Pam also works with end-users to assist with complex customer inquiries. She ensures Information Technology is customer service-centric as she interfaces with the customer service division to provide excellent customer service to customers.

Along with her daily duties, Pam helps out where needed within the department and extends that same assistance to those in need outside of work too.

Pam is a Northwest High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Austin Peay State University.

Pam was born into an Army family at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, where her dad, Sergeant Major Jeff Crawford, USA Ret., was assigned. She and her brother, Philip, grew up in North Clarksville under the vigilant eyes of their dad and nurturing mother, Ann. Pam also spent a few years abroad as a young military spouse and mother, but Clarksville has been her home for most of her life and where she has raised two beautiful daughters, Ellissa and Jessica.  Pam is very proud of both her daughters and even prouder of her grandchildren; Aubrey, Adaline, and Philip.

When she’s not at work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, at church, and promoting Cytomegalovirus (CMV) awareness in support of her granddaughter, Adaline, who was born with the debilitating condition, Congenital Cytomegalovirus or CMV. Despite the physical limitations that the condition brings, Adaline always has a smile and spirit that light up a room. Pam and her family feel blessed to have her in their lives. Learn more about CMV and the National CMV Foundation at https://www.nationalcmv.org/. #SweetAdaline #stopcmv

Pam also loves to crochet and wave her Terrible Towel, often at the same time! She can be found on any football Sunday cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.

Thank you, Pam, for over two decades of dedicated service to our City. You’ve made a tremendous impact at Clarksville Gas & Water and we are proud to have you as part of our City family!
