Annual Christmas Light Run returns to McGregor Park!

Christmas Light Run

Clarksville Parks & Recreation will host its third annual Christmas Light Run presented by Fleet Feet from 4:30 - 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11 at McGregor Park.

Participants of both the 5K or 1 mile fun run can experience Christmas on the Cumberland in a new way as the course takes them through over 1 million dazzling lights. Proceeds from the event will go towards the purchase of new light displays for future holiday seasons.

“The Christmas Light Run has been a popular and successful event since its inception, and we look forward to continuing that tradition this year,” Clarksville Parks & Recreation Director Jennifer Letourneau said.

A long-sleeved commemorative race t-shirt and a medal are included with every 5K registration. One mile fun run participants will only receive a commemorative race t-shirt. All participants must register by Nov. 20 to guarantee a race t-shirt and medal.

Pre-registration is required. Registration is open now and closes Dec. 10, or until capacity is reached.
