CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization will conduct an in-person voting meeting for its Executive Board at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 19 at the Regional Planning Commission, 329 Main St., Clarksville. Others may join the meeting online.

A Metropolitan Planning Organization is entrusted by federal law with the responsibility for developing transportation plans and programs for urbanized areas with populations of 50,000 people or more. MPOs must develop a Transportation Improvement Program that lists the projects for which federal transportation funds will be spent.
