Motor Vehicle Accident Reports


In order to obtain a copy of a motor vehicle accident report directly through the Clarksville Police Department you must be the driver of the vehicle, owner of a vehicle involved in an accident, agent for a driver or owner of a vehicle involved in an accident or an attorney for either the driver or owner of a vehicle involved in an accident. 

Accordingly, in order to process your request, drivers and owners of vehicles are required to provide a copy of their driver's license, attorneys are required to provide a letter of representation and agents are required to provide the number of the insurance policy involved or a letter of agency signed by the driver or owner.
