BUDGET BILLING

Budget billing enrollment is offered in April, May and June.

AUTHORIZED COLLECTION AGENTS

Conveniently pay your Gas and Water bill at any of the authorized collection agents listed (Clarksville bank locations only).

Please ensure that you have your entire bill. Authorized Collection Agents are not allowed to accept payments unless they are paid before the due date and are accompanied by your entire bill.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!

Effective September 16, 2022, Planters Bank, US Bank and First Financial Bank will no longer accept Gas & Water utility bill payments. 

Please visit our South Customer Service Center, 2215 Madison St., North Clarksville City Services Center, 111 Cunningham Ln., City Finance & Revenue Office (1st floor) at City Hall, 1 Public Sq. and any Clarksville Legends Bank locations for bill payment.
