Downtown Monthly Parking Permit

You can reserve and pay for your monthly parking through the ParkMobile parking app for all of Downtown Clarksville. If you're a regular visitor to Downtown a monthly parking permit may be convenient and cost-effective for you, Please start by filling out this form, once you complete the form, sign and click submit you will be redirected to the ParkMobile app for reservation and payment.

 (You will be redirected to ParkMobile for payment after completing the agreement form, additional fees will apply.)

All Monthly Permits need to have an Agreement form on file.

Monthly Parking Discount Tiers

Discounts are available based on number of spaces:

  • 10-19 SPaces: 15% Discount

  • 20-59 SPACES: 25% DiscounT

  • 60+ SPACES: 30% DISCOUNT

Duplicate Hang Tags

Only Eligible With Group Monthly Contracts (10 or More)

Duplicate hang tags are back but with stricter rules. Those of you that have 10 or more parkers on a contract can take advantage of this perk. Rules, pricing, and violations are posted below. If you are interested in getting duplicates, please contact parkingcommission@cityofclarksville.com.


   - Tier 1-Eligible For 5 Duplicates

   - Tier 2-Eligible For 10 Duplicates

   - Tier 3-Eligible For 15 Duplicates

   - Each duplicate hang tag is an additional $5 per month

Misuse of this perk will leAd to a $40 fine and a suspension of the duplicates for a year
