CLARKSVILLE SENIOR GAMES
MAY 19-22, 2008 • Various Locations
Athletes ages 50 and older from Middle Tennessee compete in a variety of events for medals and for fun.


ARTS AND CONCERTS IN THE PARK
Enjoy an evening of music and arts and crafts at McGregor Park. Entertainment will feature Folk, Americana, International, and R 'B music. Artists and crafters will be featured along the RiverWalk during the concerts.

MOVIES IN THE PARK
Enjoy a free movie underneath the stars at Heritage Park. It’s like a drive-in without the cars! Pre-show entertainment and rated G ' PG films make this a great family event!

OLD FASHIONED INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
July 3rd at McGregor Park 5:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.

RIVERFEST
September 5th-6th at McGregor Park, Smith-Trahern Mansion, Customs House Museum, and Downtown Artists Co-op
Riverfest is a free festival that celebrates Clarksville’s heritage with musical performances by local and national talent as well as three fine art exhibits. There are water activities, fire works, children’s activities, international performances and booths provided by local non-profit groups. 10TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS ON THE CUMBERLAND
November 25th-January 1st at McGregor Park RiverWalk
Open Sunday-Thursday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. ,Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

DOWNTOWN FOR THE HOLIDAYS
December 6th Downtown Clarksville immediately following the Clarksville Jaycees Annual Christmas Parade
A holiday event for the entire family with music, dancing, children’s activities and more. Hosted by the City of Clarksville and Montgomery County. Admission is free.
