On-the-Job Injury (OJI) Program

In lieu of Workers Compensation, the City of Clarksville has an On-the-Job Injury (OJI) Program. The purpose of the OJI Program is to provide for the payment of medical and lost time compensation for employees who suffer injury or occupational illness during the performance of their duties.

On-the-Job Injury (OJI), provides uniform procedures for the reporting, treatment, and compensation of employees who are injured while performing their duties.

The OJI Program is administered under the Risk Management section of the Human Resources Department and may be subject to revision, change or modification as deemed necessary by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Clarksville.

If you have questions about the City’s OJI Program, please contact Lauri Tippit, Risk Management Coordinator at (931) 648-6125 ext. 6158 or email
