All Riverfest Vendor applications are below. Vendors must apply online, via the forms attached, or download a pdf of the proper application and mail it back to the Parks + Recreation office. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Deadline to apply is August 1st unless otherwise noted.
All non-food vendor booths are a 10x10 space and include a tent, table, and two chairs. Minimal lighting is provided, unless otherwise specified. Vendors will be juried based on originality, popularity, quality, and visual appeal.

Non-Food Vendors Include:
- Arts and Craft Vendor - For people who have created handmade items to sell - $200.00
- Retail Vendor - Small businesses and stores who have tangible items to sell on site at the Festival - $300.00
- Commercial Vendor - Large businesses or companies who are looking to promote their goods and services on site - $750
- Non-Profit Vendor - Civic groups and 501c3 organizations who are willing to create an interactive craft or game for the children's area. Non-Profit Vendors may NOT pass out pamphlets, paper materials, or collect donations on site. Cost to participate FREE.

Beverage Booths: Individuals will be required to take tickets, retrieve drinks, and provide customer service to visitors. Must be willing and able to stand or bend over. Great job for youth group with parent or guardian!
Cardboard Boat Regatta: Individuals will assist Parks and Rec staff in checking in registrants, relaying event information, and coordinating participants. Must be available from 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday, Sept. 10.
Children's Area: Individuals can choose from inflatables, craft area, parade coordination and more. Must be willing to (and enjoy) working with kids! Great job for daycares or preschools looking to connect with potential new customers!
Customer Service/Festival Street Team: Individuals must be willing to answer questions from general public. Teams will be provided with maps and list of answers to FAQs. May also run errands ranging from stage/entertainment needs, hospitality requests, and more.
Logistics: Individuals will work with beverage and ice distribution, set up, and coordination of activities. Must be willing and able to lift 30 lbs, move throughout the Festival, and perform minor manual labor. Great job for High School sports team looking to gain service hours/community volunteers hours!
