Clarksville Water System Overview
The Clarksville Water System is one of the largest in Tennessee and serves approximately 150,000 people. The system consists of a water treatment plant and distribution system. The operation of the water plant and distribution system is regulated by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Drinking Water Division and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
Clarksville's source of water is the Cumberland River.
