Actuarial Study to be Conducted
The purpose of this message is to notify employees about an actuarial study (PC801) to be conducted by TCRS representatives. This study will allow certain employees to receive credit for service with the City that they would not otherwise receive. There are two groups of employees who are eligible to be on the PC801 study. The first group is employees who were working on the date of participation (April 1, 1993) and non-elected membership into TCRS. The second group that is eligible to be in the study is those employees who worked for the City of Clarksville prior to the date of participation. If you fall into either of these two categories and wish to be part of this study, please notify Sally Watts in Human Resources by end of business on August 16, 2011. She may be reached at (931) 645-7451, or you can email her at sally.watts@cityofclarksville.com. If you do not respond by August 16, 2011, you will not be part of this study.
