FINANCE DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FORM

This on-line form may be used to submit your request for information pertaining to the financial administration of the City. Requests for copies of documents will be assessed a processing/duplicating charge that will be collected when the document is picked up. Fees vary with both type and number of pages in the report and the media used to deliver it. Before submitting your request, please review the downloadable information in other parts of our website. There is no charge for information you download yourself.
