Attention City Property Owners For the Tax Year 2010
The property taxes for the Tax Year 2010 will become delinquent on March 1, 2011. All 2010 property taxes paid on or after March 1, 2011 must include interest and penalty due at a rate of 1.5% per month for any part of a month on or after the delinquent date. You may make payments Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Department of Finance and Revenue, 1 Public Square or by mailing the 2010 tax payments directly to the Department of Finance and Revenue, P.O. Box 928, Clarksville, TN, 37041-928.
