This on-line form may be used to submit complaints about any matter pertaining to financial administration of the City. While we take every complaint seriously, we also request that you provide sufficient information and detail to allow us to pursue your complaint, or we will be unable to act upon it. If your complaint pertains to a possible discrimination situation, based upon race, color or national origin, please use the Title VI Complaint Form.
