$15.00 for the first $1,000.00 plus $5.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $50.000.00. |

$260.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $4.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000.00. |
| $100,000 to $500,000 |
$460.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000.00. |
| $500,000 and up |
$1,660.00 for the first $500,000.00 plus $2.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof. |
The City reserves the right to require a detailed breakdown of cost should the submitted valuation be less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the most recent Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) Building Valuation Table. A re-inspection permit is not required for the first re-inspection for a footing, framing, or final. A re-inspection permit shall be required when a second or subsequent re-inspection is necessary. The cost for such permit shall be $20.00.
When the valuation of the proposed construction of commercial buildings or multi-family dwellings exceeds one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and a plan is required to be submitted by the 1997 Edition of the Standard Building Code, Section 104.2, a plan review fee shall be required. Said plan review fee shall be equal to one-half of the building permit fee as set forth in the 1997 Edition of the Standard Building Code, Section 104.7. Such plan review fee is in addition to the building permit fee.
